Alt needs nerf and rail min DMG needs buff .

I think Maganum needs nerf Vulcan needs buff Railgun needs min DMG buff to remove luck shots And hunter buff Dictator buff .

50% against rail = railgun in junk bin . They should get a nerf like 40% instead of 50% And buffing railgun min DMG .

Yes . Nerffing the alteration could make rail balanced instead of OP gun ... But the rail with out alt are sucks weakkkk and on top of that protections ?!?!?!?! Railgun is dead useless gun . I suggest nerffing the alt and buffing railgun min DMG by 10% or 7% to remove light hulls by 3 shots .
