They way I was killed, however was by an electrically induced heart attack. The effect is simply reversed by another shock. TPBM is a bat in China.

Lol that's pretty cool. I haven't watched much anime but what fights I've seen normally aren't that great (especially the swordsmanship ?)Nice to see that they did do something accurate.

Yeah Judo is just holds pins throws etc. . . I've found that getting hold of someone isn't too hard if they try to throw hands on you. I know a judo move (not it's name) where you grab the wrist of someone swinging a right at you and then turn your body around, get your leg in front of their leg, plant your hipin their midrift and pull the arm that you trapped at the same time, throwing them.

I've found Judo to be very effective against most people who are attempting to attack you by hitting. While I don't know Judo myself, I have a friend who does. We've tried some mock fights with me attempting to swing or kick at him and it almost always ends with me getting pinned ?. Judo is good if you want to restrain someone but not kill or seriously injure them.

In the sense that points of contact need to be built up, that is defenitely something unique to unarmed martial arts. I know a guy who does Kung Fu who has nearly broken a finger before he had conditioned his hands to punch properly. My art doesn't require this because most contact is made with the weapons (except when grappling occurs).
