Yes Smoky protections is not so common unlike Thunder That makes smoky good to use Lol i also have the same problem Eventhough my smoky is M1 {10/10} people tend to take prot after i kill them ;)

Yes , the 30% boost makes it the old smoky without crit :( Maybe a 15% increase in all M levels ?
