all this... how they count and all... you know how? your imagination? I'm sorry but they clearly ranked them according to number of years and not episodes. and here is your definition. TIME. you are the one who used the wrong unti of measurement in your question and all these people answered because they don't understand what you actually asked. I am the one who answered it correctly 1st so give me my reward.
-
uum... you do realise that your example judges those series by the number of years? and a year is a unit of measurement for time? my answer is the longest because it lasted over a period of more than 5 years. I do know that the length of a series can be determined. However, their length is judged by their timespan and not number of episodes or issues. so when he asked for the "longest running series" the longest one should be the one that lasted over the longest period of time.
-
and the question asked for "longest running series" "number of issues" isn't something that can be measured as "longest" something can only be long in terms of either distance or timespan. the number of issues dictator has had is irrelevant as number of issues is neither time nor distance and as such cannot be measured in terms of length

"if the english community..."

how can dictator be considered long.. you asked for the "longest running series" for something to be the "longest running" it has to be longest in terms of either distance or time. because these are the only things that can be measured by length. "number of issues" is neither time nor distance. and because you can't measure a series by distance, the only thing to measure it's length with is it's timespan.

THIS TANKER IS NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE «WAR OF SUPER POWERS».
-
so flexoo, was it longest by number of articles or timespan??

don't be silly. you rather the buyers spend more time in battles whipping you or you rather they buy the stars to get the rewards and leave you alone? when they buy the stars, they play less and win less, therefore giving you more chances to win. so this feature basically allows those who buy less to play less and win less... so those who don't buy can win more because they won't have to compete with them as much.
-
no worries, you can just buy the stars now ;)
-
too bad then
-
PURCHASE STARS???

I'm a little confused... 2 shaft alterations were changed that day. heavy capacitors and rapid fire mode. and that's what they wrote in the EN patch notes, except that they wrote "rapid fire mode" wrongly but they got "heavy capacitors" right
-
well they reduced overdrive charge rate from 500 o/s to 400 o/s but also reduced the number of battle points for overdrive charge from 600 to 500; so I simply divided the points needed by the rate for both before and after and compared them
-
really? based on the patch ,notes the overall time to reach 100% has only increased by 4%

I agree that they are lazy... 4 days!! I suppose stuff that aren't urgent could wait 4 days but when there's a sale they should have made it a point to update it before the sale. because they didn't it made a lot of people waste their crystals. au contraire, cedric did post it in patch notes. wiki is lazy, yes but still, it's your own fault for not looking at the patch notes yes, instead of writing "rapid fire mode" he wrote "a burst of fire" somehow... his mistake but that should have alerted you that one of the 3 alterations other than heavy capacitors was getting nerfed. and because light capacitors already had a -30% max scope damage before, that would have meant that it was either assault emmiters or rapid fire mode getting the nerf. if you gambled because you didn't know whether the nerf was for assault emmiters or rapid fire mode, then i agree that it's the wiki's fault. although you could have asked before you bought it. if you didn't even know about the nerf then well.. learn to check patch notes

I haven't slept for a long time waiting for this week's question so I'm just gonna submit twice, one for longest by number of series and one for longest by timespan. I hope you count whichever contains the correct answer because just face it, you weren't being specific enough.
-
by "longest series" do you count by timespan or number of issues?
-
that's right. what a pity there was no captain vietnam

oh her... pfft, she was in this club before... with another boyfriend.

I feel that it is the perfect change and it makes dictator worthy of it's name. dictator is supposed to be a ruthless leader... with this overdrive, it shall be able to decide who he wants to empower for his own benefit. if it needs a dome, it empowers a titan. if it needs someone to kill everyone inside an enemy titan's dome, it empowers mammoth. basically whoever it grants power to whoever it needs for it's own interests. however, if an ally is of no use to him then he can fart off ;) nothing feels better than getting to decide who shall work for you
-
because it refers to "all allies except other allied dictators" this "other" refers to the exclusion of friendly dictators. the "all allies" does not include the dictator in the first place" when they said "all allies" it means al teammates except the dictator. they later excluded the other dictators but the dictator wasn't included in the first place so there was no need to include it in the later exclusion
-
that's not what he suggested and it's not the only way to buff it. one example would be to make it have 5 minutes of all drugs activated instead of just 30 seconds. but only for itself, allies will still get just 30 seconds. in solo modes nothing has changed for dictator
