Vulcan is good. And I don’t think it will get a nerf. It’s OP because of the hull it’s paired with - hornet. Hornet needs a nerf. But even if Vulcan is nerfed that doesn’t mean it’s useless right?

My entry; There we were, enjoying a nice Tuesday evening, battling away in Düsseldorf CTF. All was well... But then, Vot was this? Ze gold box drops! Everyone got exited and headed to the middle of the base to find the drop zone. But I, being a Vulcan mammoth knew I had no chance. Still, I thought I'd inspect my base for the drop zone. Lastly, feeling less hopeful, I searched the corner most area of my base... I saw it! The gold box drop zone!! And those fools went to the middle of the base. HA. But then..... Szplug! A fully drugged freeze-wasp was approaching me! He was Sergmaster95. I had no time to shoot, with Vulcans slower turret rotation speed while freezing, I was toast. Then, I saw my overdrive!...97%!. Sergmaster95 was nearing. 98%...nearer...99%. He reached me. 100%!!! I press shift. Success!...he dies. Then; Me: HA! LOSER Sergmaster95: Are you sure about that? Me: Wha- (Szcrutinence!!! I had only then seen it. He had activated his overdrive mili-seconds before destruction and the timer was at 2 seconds!) Me: NOOOOOOOOO Sergmaster95: HAHAHAHAHAHA. DIE!!! The bomb explodes..... Later: Sacrifice has taken the goldbox. ???

Yes I agree. I think if they do give these abilities to the hulls they would reduce some of their parameters by a lot. But they haven’t been mentioned yet lol.

And I too have a lot of experience with it, since 2013 actually. And although I am a freeze-wasp player, I’ve played it with viking a lot too and most tactics played by both combos are mostly same(on attack). Isn’t circle strafing the main one? Well you can’t do it effectively with jut 10% off the rotation speed cut off right? That makes it too much easier for enemies to counter... of course this wouldn’t be a problem for those who use the corrosive mix alteration but I don’t think many players use it. -

Yes that is a good point. But anything below 70% won’t be effective with freeze imo. -

I have been using freeze for a long time. After it had been nerfed by allowing only the hull speed to decrease by 90% and making the turret rotation 10% reduced its a lot harder to use, especially on attack. Freeze was made for the sole purpose of damaging the enemy while receiving minimal damage in return. So it was best used in an attack/surprise method. True, it was also one of the best turrets for defense as well. But after this nerf, the turret rotation speed was decreased by 10%. That’s a huge difference. So unlike before, whenever you freeze an enemy especially short to mid ranged turrets they could counter the freeze...TOO EASILY. Freeze doesn’t have higher damage than isida because of its freezing effect. So nerfing the freezing effect makes freeze even less powerful. So I think it’s freezing effect of the turret rotation speed should be increased.(I do not think developers will decrease the turret rotation speed by 90% again so that’s why I am asking for an increase in the freezing rate. You may think that decreasing the turret rotation speed by 70% too is too much... but I think Imif it we’re still reduced by say, 60% it would not be that much of a problem for firebirds, twins, ricochets and isidas.) If you do not agree, you can try playing with freeze and see for yourselves if it needs a buff. -
It wasn’t useless. Players who were skilled with it got very good scores in battle.

How often do product kits fer crystals appear in the shop? Whenever I check most of the kits are ones sold fer tankoins.

I would make the turret freezing effect of enemies the same as before when an enemy is being freezed by freeze(or at least reduce turret rotation by 75%). It’s too hard to kill enemies otherwise. -
They should increase the Freezing effect of the turret by a lot. Or else freeze is TOO easy to kill. Do you use the alt for defense or offense?

How bout making the freezing of the turret the same as freezing of the hull? If not freeze would be too easy to fight back against. Then we wouldn’t need an after freeze effect. Firebird is too op especially with tht CT alt. Yet they do nothing to that turret.

Serpuhov, Scope, Kungur, Skylark, Solikamsk, Skyscrapers and Highways are the best maps fer shaft imo. Of course there are a number of other maps which are good as well.

Yeah but on attack will it be good? Because after it’s nerf ,turret rotation slowdown was reduced a lot. So light hulls would be better in circle strafing than medium hulls right?

I use freeze mostly on wasp yes... but is the alteration effective in pro battles(mostly no supplies)?
