Actually I think ShadowVisions has first changed the trend of freeplay videos to commentary and guide tips. I took his example for my freeze video (the first with actual guide for freeze) and now Tiramisu has done the same with Thunder creating a great video (imho best thunder guide yet).

Every tier 2 pays back in a long time, since they cost quite a lot. With the latest update Shaft gets a good advantage since every kill is 10 points, Shaft M3 usually is the best killer, so in long battles you may end up in first place. When I want to relax I get my Shaft M3, put on some good jazz, a coffee, and sit there killing everyone. Obvious M3 > M2 is obvious.

I've always had an handicap due to my low rating and a hard time winning, good update even though one of the most appealing things about Tanki was that low rankers got tons of points killing the highers. Now (a part of) such players are given the possibility to buy the exp they could have made with the old settings, well played Tanki, well played.

Never got 200 Gold box but today I got two boxes worth 300.

I thought Needle gave +2 against Thunder because I've seen Vikings survive 6 shots (kill in 7) and sometimes Hornets 4 shots (kill in 5).

Il problema qua è che mi sembra, visto che non ho ancora visto una risposta, che Needle faccia sopravvivere un Hornet/Viking/Mammoth lo stesso numero di colpi che garantisce l'Emerald. Solo che ci sono 5K differenza e la protezione secondaria dell'Emerald è praticamente inutile rispetto a quella del Needle. --- So Needle makes you survive the same amount of Thunder shots as Emerald? I think Emerald needs at least some improvement on the second protection (like tier 1.5/2), as now it's totally not worth 15K.

I want to confirm, since I don't have those paints, that Needle gives +2 (and +3 equip on Mamoth M3) against thunder M3. Same goes for Emerald. If Needle gives +2 against Thunder I wonder why it costs just 10k, against the 15k needed for Emerald, which has basically the same Thunder protection and worse second protections (who needs 30% smoky and twins).

You really need luck to catch flags with rail without any drug, even with Hornet or Viking M3. No railgun skills can save you from 180 hits from Shafts, splash damage raeping Thunders, Freeze and Ricochet. Still, railgun remains quite usable and fun to play with in the higher ranks, and it's annoying to play against. Since Shaft introduction is quite clear why Railgun place has been taken by the new weapon: more accurancy and power make it the ultimate sniper weapon in Tanki Online. Railgun has become more like a derivative assault rifle, while Shaft is a pure bolt-action sniper rifle.
