Hi folks, Recently I got into a fight with a player in the forum, and I realized there was no way to wage war playfully on the forum. In this game, one player at a time gets to wage a war with another player. All players must give a reason why they want to start a war, and you also must specify which player you are fighting against. Player must create a hashtag (max 20 characters) for which other players will post. Players may join one of the teams by specifying which player they support, that players hashtag, and why they support that player. All other posts count for the defending player if they say his/her name and a reason why they support him/her. For example: Player 1-I wage war against Player 2 since his username also starts with the word player. Post #IStandWithPlayer1 to fight. Player 2-I am defending myself since I am the better player. To win a round: have either 5 players support you, or have 15 posts (can be of the same people) supporting you. No double posting. No two players may take part in consecutive rounds, even if they did not initiate the previous round. If a player is not there yet to give their team a hashtag when they are under attack, a former ally can create a hashtag, but it can be invalidated by the team leader comes back. Since using initials may make the hashtags confusing, they are banned from now on, all abbreviations until now are indeed valid. Based on @F41TH's recommendation, any players within the top 5, can create a status called 'defensive status' and not be allowed to participate in wars or get attacked until they have been removed from the top 5. Obviously, this rule does not come without a trade-off, and using defensive status removes 2 wins from your record after you lose the status. The status does not stop you from participating in a war between other players who are not on defensive status. You can turn the status on, by posting "Please set my status to defensive mode". Upon doing so, you will not be allowed to turn it off for 48 hours. It can be turned off by posting "Please set my status to standard mode". I hope this does not create unnecessary confusion. New Update: you may only wage from now and on against players who have been active in the past month. Check their hover-card for such info. I don't understand why only developers' topics get previewed on the home page. I don't really care about a contest that ended 3 weeks ago, but the latest topics (in the I&S section, newspaper, AWS section, and Forum Games) I am more interested in. I know there are other ways to follow topics and get notifications, but its way easier to follow the latest topics from the home page. Why are only moderators' topics are displayed there, and not the most recent topics?

I am sure many players would like to see such a feature, but if there technically is a way to check (hover+click) it likely will not get fixed.?

The new forum got rid of permissions, and the Wiki pages https://en.tankiwiki.com/Ranks_and_Experience in Detailed Descriptions of Ranks still show unlocking advanced group on the forum at Warrant Officer 1, unlocking general permissions at Master sergeant, and "Ranking up to Gefreiter places you in the "Beginner" group in the Forum". I think this needs to be updated until the forum is corrected.

Why in the new forum, was the minimum rank to join the forum raised? I had well over 400 posts before I ranked up.I understand some sort of limited permissions to a certain degree, but why was the whole beginners section and permissions system removed? The wiki page on ranks still shows permissions, it seems like no one else noticed this. Maybe I just have to rank up my alts.

I agree there should be a good pass mechanic in Rugby. But you don't want it strong enough to travel over to many defenders to a teammate at the base. So I think this mechanic should have strong lateral passing, but weak passing backwards or forwards. Another option would be too only be able to pass in a friend's area. I hope such a mechanic will come out soon.
