If you are writing something, and it doesn't get in to the newspaper, it simply means it doesn't fit their style and professionalism. So write what you enjoy, and let other players enjoy it. Or if you are really desperate to get your work in, model your pieces after similar Newspaper articles. Not to the point of plagiarism, just to see what they are looking for.

That is for them to decide before they start their contest. But afterwards, rather give it to those 2 people, than to people who had an advantage.

Yeah-what ever happen to defense? I remember at lower ranks if you took the flag, and got passed the defenders you practically had scored. Now, both flags are on the enemies side hiding, and the game becomes TDM. Defense builds better games.

Deadline extensions make the contest unfair, since everyone would have more creative ideas, more colorful language, and better proofreading if they knew they had more time left. Also, some people work the best among short time periods, some people work best under long time periods. The newspaper crew picked a deadline which is best for most people, so changing it would be unfair.

I can't wait for the winners to be announced.

When I started reading Lets discuss Isida, I couldn't believe that such an OP feature (self healing) ever existed. Its not like Isida is under powered now.

Maybe in stead of the 'Top 3 on winning team' mission, maybe a 'Play CTF without letting the enemy score more than once (or twice)' you need to do it 3 times for a daily mission. But if you want something that doesn't depend on your team (for non-team players) you can have something like 'kill the flag or ball carrier' in CTF, ASL, or RGB. Maybe you need about 10 times to complete this as a daily mission. The details need to be worked out-but I totally agree with this general idea.

I kind of like this story-but I wonder how you plan on continuing this series.

Maybe if you get points (1-2) for taking damage while dealing damage. So if a rail-gun takes damage while taking its next shot, it would get points, while if it camped, and backed off without dealing damage it wouldn't get this. But I think this may favor melees and close-ranged turrets.

Tanki really was going to put in such boxes? No way!

I hear the idea-but doesn't everyone hate campers/Shafts? Since they just stay back in some protected area and spawn-kill the enemy-not going together with other tanks. This would totally reward camping. If someone takes the effort to go into combat with the enemy, and do some damage-they should get some sort of a reward. That's why there is a reward for an assist-but if you lose 2 of those 5 points, assisting will only give you 3 points. :(

Great article! I also enjoyed the roles. (I am a BIG Wolverine) I use Gauss with Viking. I find sometimes I self-destruct, either from splash damage, or overheating.

I don't see why Weekly Missions should be different than Daily Missions. If Tanki feels a Weekly Container is worth more than rewards for daily mission, then just raise the price a bit.

I really get hurt from #12. It happens so often, especially with my Viking OD. The other way my OD is ruined, is when I see a group of enemy tanks, and I have a full OD. I turn it on, trying to start a massacre, and someone drops a Nuke. Its either on my team-and I can't make any kills. Or its on the other team and I die.

What was that supposed to mean? It Is available, and it Issimo available.
