Sure, it happens. The best way for the blue is to do scattered-defense, stay within a certain range from potential entrance points, place mines, focus more on flag barriers and coordinate with the teammates. If they're clustered on one point then it is much more dangerous when enemy team has more splash turrets (this is how I get one-shot 5 kills with my Gauss).

True! I hate it sometimes when I got rekted because of a selfish team but I really love when team is coordinating well with each other and there are some ASL battles where we trashed the OP enemy teams just because of good teamwork. Still at my rank players try to steal the Nuclear drop from me, knowing that I'm using Dictator. But whenever I grab the first Nuclear drop, the score starts like "20-0" :)

Yes, actually. The new version automatically routed me to that link after struggling with low FPS. Thanks for the quick response though. Even if you can't help, it feels good that someone is there reading our concerns.

When I first tried the new version it only gave me 1-4 FPS which was unplayable and after the stable release now it gives me 9-13 FPS which is still unplayable. I tried very tip given on the forum, nothing seems to work. For now, I'm playing the the client which works very well but I'll be left with no option if they stopped/changed the client version as well. Also, I love to play xp/bp and I have no idea how new HTML5 version will effect the xp/bp battles. Most of my friends refer to their PC as "potato" and TankiOnline is always a game which gives you the feeling of high-end game on a potato PC. I hope it will stay that way.. Hope for the best!

Your assumption is not very realistic. I am not sure about the game but HTML5 will not die even in next 2 decades or so. Even if they drop it in the next couple of decades it will not die but continue to survive. You can still access the world's first web page (it's was built in 1992), it's more likely that they continue to support the previous versions. Edit : The current HTML5 version of Tanki is using WebGL (Web Graphics Library) and it is also a very new and long term project for newer browser based games and it was supposed to replace Flash since it's release. So WebGl is also not going to die any sooner than couple of decades.

I am not one of their loyalists, neither I support every change they made. However, there are always two sides of a story and we only know ours but not theirs.

Today, I've seen a player with "Automated gunpowder loading mechanism" alt and he/she was doing exceptionally well and was pretty much accurate. I thought this was the most useless alt of Magnum. I am really impressed how someone can be accurate with such a thing. If anyone can share their experience with this alt it would be helpful...

I believe it's more of a deliberate step. First, they clearly want a "chaotic" game where no one is partially immortal and this was the main reason behind the new ODs. Second, they try to revolve things around to regenerate sales and also satisfy the consistent buyers. The non-buyers will probably stick to one thing they've invested in for a long time and buyers will shift with the New OP thing and non-buyers will more likely be punching bags until they shift, and this loop goes on after a certain time. They can have a loyal player base by "really" balancing things but they don't intend to do so because this will impact them financially. In the end, it us who're over-reacting but not them.

Finally the wait is over. He was sitting next to his PC for more than 4 years in the desperate hope that someday... someone will solve his tomato puree puzzle.

Funny enough, I finished one ASL battle right now 17kills/2death with Gauss. I got an average score of 225 because I didn't even cap a single flag but dealt over 60k dmg. Actually my team was already doing good so I tried to complete my mission. On the other hand I scored above 420 with Freeze yesterday on an alt account but did just around 25k dmg. If any developer or Tanki staff is reading this, please re-consider these missions.

I also got 270k in ASL mission today. With Gauss it is not that hard but I am really fed up with this, how they can force me to play TDM in a Assault battle. I must say, it is not completely players' fault for not playing the objective of the game.

Couldn't agree more. I would never even dare to use Isida without broadband radiators, it's aim is worst in the game.

As @wolverine848 mentioned the biggest issue is with Splash damage. Gauss is a great turret and Hunter is also a great hull but they don't sync well with each other. Both Dictator and Viking sync well with Gauss. On the other hand, Hornet's OD is truly wonderful with Gauss but the problem is very low hp.
