hi guys. i am third lutenat and i have 2600 crystals. i have m1 viking, with swash and m2 rico. now, im wondering if i should get m2 viking or m3 dictator. my dictator is m0. also, there is no chance that i will get m3 viking.

For me, i would say try for dictator. I didn't choose Hunter or Hornet because both of them are not balanced. Dictator on the other hand have a good health and good speed. Equipped with isida, it is the best combination. If you dislike dictator, go for hornet because of it's speed. That's my opinion, but ultimately, the choice is your's.
