It really depends on what graphics card you got. Also, the mines people put on the map it affects the FPS a lot, especially in parkour. You can turn off some background apps if your pc is really weak/lower your graphics settings. Lastly, I suggest you to buy a new graphics card.

Yes, the game right now is not loading (client) and I tried the browser too, for me atleast. So that means the game is down, expect some other websites of tanki. I just suggest you wait, there is nothing you can do for now.
