Since when has a Youtuber ever set a good role model for Tanki?

The thing is, it is the "Best Player of 2017" was chosen by voters and at the end of the day, it just showed which Youtuber had the most active/dedicated followers. Although I'm not saying @Ghost_Animators doesn't set a good example (he does), the average player doesn't usually take into account whether the person they are voting for is "A good role model in both actions and behaviour".

@Ghost_Animators is a different player than @Ghost_Animator_XP.

Nice little summary. Always interesting to hear what people have decided to buy over a year. Though the title is a little deceiving. You've hardly scutinized it because all you've really mentioned is your purchases. Maybe ask Des to edit the title, as it should be "A Year in Tanki" anyway. :p Keep up the good work!

They're well-known. But from what I've heard/seen/known, both of them don't possess any of the positive qualities that I think that the "Best Player" should have. They're not even particularly good at Tanki when compared to the majority of eSports players.

He isn't an admin, at least I don't think he is. There isn't an admin for the Creative League, so he's the manager instead (I believe). I think it's clearly quite obvious that the Helper Team are excluded from the 6 categories for a reason. Otherwise, the Reporters would win the "Best Writer" and the designers would win the "Best Art". Out of your nominees for Best Player, I think @Hate, @Spy, @lukey0, @Marc and @Maf could win it. Maybe @Lankbouv. But not the others and definitely not . Yes, he could win the vote...but he'd never honour himself as the Best Player of 2017. He hasn't got that kind of attitude, plus the Awards by the CM would be pointless if the CM gave the award to himself.

Well, some of those options on the form were certainly not ban free. 1) You're not exactly active. 2) Your content, though it started well, is kind of unoriginal now. 3) You get banned all the time. 4) You're not exactly positive (:p) Apart from those things, yes...you'd be a valid nominee.

I tried the browser HTLM5 version out of interest. Some issues I came across. 1: It doesn't seem to show your clan tag in chat. 2: Being part of a clan doesn't allow you to join Pro Battles (I couldn't join any so I tried Flash again with no problems). 3: Whenever you tag someone's name, unless you avert it by clicking, you end up typing the message before the name, like. "I love you <3Marc;" 4: There doesn't seem to be any extra security for logging in anymore? (The number code thing).

We need Cedric back? No, we do not. Cedric may have been good at relating to the community at times, but he was incapable of doing anything else. I know from experience, having been a Helper myself. He had a tolerance issue and no sense of fun whatsoever, contrasting to Sergei. Nives has already been far better. For example, Nives takes the time and energy to answer individuals in PM conversations (including myself). When I asked Cedric an important question, it took him almost three weeks to reply with something along the lines of "We can't help with that, sorry". Nives actually gets into conversations with you and doesn't make you feel like you're some insignificant individual that he doesn't have to worry about. I really value this, hence why I like Sergei a lot. Also, CMs have extremely little control over game content, so why would Cedric do anything different?

Less of the negativity. Why are you trampling someone down without having actually seen anything of them yet? Give him a chance to prove himself. Do you actually want acclamation for your works or not? Be positive. Des is a capable man.
