This is a common bug, the solution to this is simply reloading. Also you can clear your browsers' cache, which can help with this issue. More information on doing so, can be found in this article http://help.tankionline.com/topics/2329-how-to-clear-your-browsers-cache/

The only time, lags and issues really appear is after updates. This is because, the game has just been updated, so those new codes the developers have put in, might be a little buggy. But when there's a lag or a new issue that appears after an update. The developers are always there to fix it as soon as possible. :)

This isn't a serious problem. It's your rating where you can find on your profile. So you don't really need to see it on your account because it doesn't always appear..

The reason why you don't have ''EXP'' and ''CRY'' because player ratings were removed from the game two years ago because it was too easy to increase the rating using tactics that don't require energy. Now to answer your question of why your friend has a rating and your account doesn't. Because your friend has a rating that you don't specifically have, a high rating. The reason why this occurs, because you don't have this type of high rating. Or sometime, the ''R'' doesn't necessarily appear for inactive accounts. For more information on ratings, refer here :)

Wow I just finished this mission, but the reward was in crystals, now I get it after update.. I really wanna change it, I feel like I can get an XT in that slot.

Tell your friend to send a message to technical support via this form Make sure he knows, the more detailed he is, the more information help desk has. The faster he can get his account back. :) -

Well, there are more people that have reported this problem, therefore I'm guessing the developers are aware of this problem. I'm pretty sure the developers are getting a fix for this asap. Just be patient. :)

Yes there is massive lag that appeared after the update. Pretty sure devs are aware of this. Be patient until they fix it. :)

Hi, I don't entirely understand your problem but I will try my best. If you're problem is that you can't switch equipment between battles, is it because it's slow? Well I'm assuming it doesn't register when you press 'Equip'. To solve this problem, you have to wait 2-4 seconds before going back to battle, making sure that everything is registered. It may take time to process everything through.
