Don't know about Belgium but Dutch law states that any game using lootboxes needs to remove the lootboxes or make the items you get from lootboxes not being able to be traded on a marketplace of sorts (which doesn't apply to TO). Disabling the purchase of tankoins as a whole, as buying them from in-game currency you haven't bought for real money isn't an issue either (PES 19). The provided examples are for Belgium, couldn't find anything for the Netherlands.

I'm not sure if using a VPN is a good idea, as I've heard of people getting banned for switching ip adresses. And if your account gets banned or something else, returning it based on the IP won't be possible anymore. But this 2 week notice is very late, it's not like they didn't know this months ago. Also, the game servers are located in Amsterdam, what are they going to do with those.

A p2w hull that seems to have one of the most broken overdrives in the game, possibly on par with Hornet. Yea good job, never going to play CTF or Assault as this will probably break those modes if you face anyone with this. Putting Crisis behind a rng-wall was bad enough, but this is just silly. You don't, what usually turn the turret, now rotates the hull. Which makes non-reinforced Magnum (haven't tested alt/aug yet) unusable. Also shooting Vulcan while turning does rotate it. But you can't easily rotate back. You need to die once first though, doesn't work if you are newly joined.

The main problem is that they advertise all their updates as "a good deal", while meanwhile you get ripped-off massively in some cases. The challenge split is the main example, you still need to earn 2000 stars a month. Something that was reserved to LC skin challenges only. Normal challenges usually had 1750-1800 total, 875-900 if split. Which is still very hard without premium, but already way better. But they advertised it as "easier for non-buyers" which is just false. Also, 500 tk for some useless paints and a XT/Skin container which was previously in the silver tier? Just no. Another one is not so easy to spot, it's the % discounts displayed in the shop. NOWHERE does it say what they are based on. The 11700 TK kit? You get less TK per money spent than if you would buy the 8800 one. So where does that 17% off come from? Even comparing to full price doesn't give you 17% off. Crystal kits are worse, they technically correct, which puts off ALOT of players. 15% off doesn't sound like a good deal at all, making them less appealing to get. Afterall, TK kits are discounted at 30% and from a quick look, it would be cheaper to buy on 25%+ garage sales. But it's not, crystal kits are discounted from previous mk to the next, so from mk5 to mk6 for example. If you take Firefly (Fire+Wasp) for example and you upgrade from mk2 Firebird and mk4 Wasp with mk3 Protection, all unupgraded as you don't have that much crystals and want to get the mk5 kit. 15% off sounds like a total rip-off and you're better off just waiting till you get to the mk5 rank and buy with some 25% weekend sales. But it's not, total cost of upgrading is 10000+28000+54000 + 47000 + 30000+66000 = 235000. With 25% sales, that would cost you 176250 crystals. The mk5 Firefly kit costs 141950. That is 34300 less, the kit discount is around 40% for this example instead of the listed 15%. They are giving players the idea they get a terrible deal and that they are better off with the TK deals. While in reality you have to calculate all the kit discounts yourself. Something I find you CANNOT do in a game aimed for kids. And ofcourse the newest update, good old "easier access to new equipment" which you can't afford because of x0.667 funds effectively. This change will only benefit the high spending part of buyers. Not the ones who buy sometimes to keep up and to have a slight advantage. No, they will have to spend more to keep that. Non-buyers will get left behind as they don't earn enough to get what they want, possibly if they only use 1 combo. But forcing non-buyers to use 1 combo defeats the point of strategizing and having fun in the game. Only those that can afford to get enough crystals to balance out the reduced funds benefit from this, aka the high spenders. I'm not going to touch the augments, that has been done extensively by others already. No-one benefits from that update. And that is coming from someone who bought the Gauss alt, just to give an indication of where I was in terms of buying. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ To fix this I think they need to stop pretending. No, I'm not going to write anymore or an explanation, because: 1. It's late, 2. I will only get more angry and 3. There is no point. Rank doesn't matter. I didn't want to play on my alt with 1.5x xp and 2x funds, because of too much xp gain. I don't have the time or energy to grind out the xp to not worry about the funds on this account either. 0.66x funds is a rip-off, the rank-up bonusses won't make up the difference.

Yeah, I'm not going to play with 0.66x funds. It's almost like you want people to buy crystals.

Ah yes, ULTRA containers, you know, the ones only available in the shop and the special missions that have them sometimes. Can't wait to get that drone in 20never from the max 20 ultra containers I can get in a year.

The "Next Battle" option on the rewards screen sometimes redirects to Quick Battle again. Happened to me once today, but only after a few matches. Feels like a "critical error" happens and it just freaks out. Didn't select Quick Battle from the beginning, had definitely selected Siege.

I have faced off against 1 Fire Immunity player, my Firebird had massive trouble killing them. A MK7 20/20 Hornet + MK7 17/20 Firebird against a MK5-6 Freeze + MK5-6 Hornet + at max 25% protections, pretty much loses against as Freeze has more actual damage. I do enjoy having spend alot of time upgrading it to only have it be useless against 'lucky' players now. Totally balanced.

Can't wait to get Alterations of turrets/hulls don't own or use, or getting something useless for the ones I do use. Put Rubberized rounds and Electromagnetic salvo in containers too while you're at it. And not only will Firebird lose 90% of it's damage, I can't even counter that with getting Incendiary Mix. Also, have fun trying to compete in Parkour contests with people using Lightweight Construction, I'm sure that won't cause any issues. Was debating on whether or not to get mk7 kits when I ranked up, but now I know that that will be useless as I can't get the alterations for them. Great update to also piss off the people who buy in the game. I'm not going to buy loot boxes. Turret and hull specific missions are bad enough, this is a whole different level of bad.

So I can't even complete 2 of the missions on the account I want to play on because I don't own a long range turret or Wasp. Thanks for announcing this AFTER the sales have ended, so I could've possibly bought them to even have a chance of completing this.

Use the HTML5 client it's much better in terms of performance than the web version. There is a download link in vlog 237 for it, only works on Windows though.

Every displayed discount in the shop is false. If they were to refund this one, they would have to refund every single one of them. Even the Guass eXTra pack isn't 20% off, it's about 5%. The Antivirus bundle is the closest one yet, by only costing 3 tk too much.

For people with saved up XT containers, watch out for the patch notes. The skin might only be added to the pool after it isn't available in the shop anymore. The same thing happened to Vulcan Ultra.

Another useless challenge that only provides new paints and nothing more. Not worth spending time and money on. Probably advertised as being a good thing for non-buyers again. Just release another LC turret skin, those don't even need to be animated, literally the lowest effort skins to make. (LC hulls need their tracks animated)

Casual/free players don't have the time to grind out 72 stars a day for just some tankions. Without premium that takes around 36 matches a day. Weekly containers also don't give enough to balance this out. People who have other things to do in their week (like work or school) have no chance of ever getting enough tankions for anything, as then you need to do the entire challenge in like 4 days. You calculate how much time that takes without premium.

Honestly, the pass will only be worth to buy if it is around 200 tk now, xt's aren't special anymore and all the paints can be gotten from containers. "Upgrading" the XT container to gold isn't something I want to put in time and effort for and aslong as there are no new skins or otherwise unobtainable content, the pass is not worth more than 200 tk. Guess it's a good thing I don't have any time to play alot anymore.

Unless they halfed the price for battle pass, if it's true that you need to buy 2, it's not worth the money to buy it for half the rewards.
