Firstly, this is partially true. I don't know about other countries, but here in Australia, TOR is an illegal browser. You ask me how I know? Well, at my school, a kid tried to bypass the proxies with TOR, he used it and it broke his USB. He handed it in to the Tech Guys to fix it and they realised TOR did that. Then they told him that TOR is an illegal browser and he had to get a signed note from home. I believe that in America (and other European countries), it isn't illegal but is mainly used for criminals to do illegal things and remain anonymous.

Firstly, please remove your email for privacy reasons. Also, TOR Browser is an ILLEGAL browser dude. Terrorists use it to plan crimes as the browser is untraceable. I recommend using Incognito browser instead. Don't use TOR dude.

No worries. Browsing is all we need. You know how good it makes us (TO players) feel that our CM is actually reading through our ideas and topics. As much as I loved Semyon, he never really went through the forum as much as you did. You've managed to fill the big boots of Semyon, very well! It's really great to see you (and your creative team) coming up with brilliant ideas, such as these contests (kinda lost track of the last few) and interesting sales and celebrations. Well, this was supposed to be a Deathrack STG (don't ask ...) but it was too big to F+W/H so we did XP/BP to prepare for Gold and it dropped and about 12k fund: Then, some noob called theblaster14 took the Gold from defenders' side and it was ruined. So we ended (we just needed 2 caps): #BitterSweet
