Take care, Kurt, it’s a shame seeing you go too. :(

You’ll see next month.

As Kais said, just becuase it’s 4am for you doesn’t mean it’s 4am for everyone. No one is forcing you to wake up at 4am. You are still elligible for Random x Participants if you do the Quiz within 18 hours of its opening.

^Me too lol

For most of the time we’ve been emphasising the “Thinking” in “Tanki Thinking Challenge” but now I think we need to be emphasising the “Tanki” part too. xD

An Expert's Extensive Guide On Onions And What To Do With Them

With great reluctance I'm sure? -
Thanks for the explanation, the bluntness was not appreciated. Yeah, agreed. That's pretty much a TL;DR of my entire paragraph. xD

Literally only just stumbled across this topic. Pretty cool thing, actually. That banner is phenomenal btw!

Okay, it's been a while since the Survey went live and I'd just like to respond to some of the common things said. Q: How are you finding the overall difficulty of these challenges? We've had 5 people say "They're alright, they suit their classification of 'EASY, MEDIUM or HARD' pretty well." We've had 4 people say "They are pretty easy for me, bring on the harder ones!" We've had 2 people say "They're a bit too difficult for their classification." Well, going off this feedback, our Quizzes have seemed to, on the whole, matched up to their difficulty pretty well. However, there is ALWAYS room for improvement and the message I will take out of this, is that, breaking the unofficial "cycle" of rotating through difficulties incrementally per week is less important than having each Quiz match their difficulty. This feedback will be taken onboard straight away, for this week's Quiz will be of "Hard" difficulty instead of the scheduled "Medium." Q: Which Quizzes do you enjoy most? In this question, we received a lot of "All of them :)" and "Specially Themed." Not to be rude but I think the choices for "Specially Themed" were highly influenced by their inflated prizes so the "All of them" will probably be held in more importance. Q: The Quizzes currently run on a cycle varying from Easy-Medium-Hard-Special and the occasional "Specially Themed" challenges for celebrations. Which ones would you like to see more of? On the whole, this question's responses were pretty much that the rotation as per the TTC Judges' discretion is fine and that we are doing a good job of pumping out enjoyable Quizzes at varying difficulties. Q: Are you finding the new Quizzes boring? Most of the replies were "no" so that's a great sign. However, we did hear a "please show us the Spreadsheet so that we can see where we went wrong and this can also save you [Marc] and Ninja a lot of time." Sorry but this is still invalid. The straight truth is that there is information on those Spreadsheets that would be best if not seen by the general public. Also, believe me, the Spreadsheet would only cause more confusion, as I have developed a system (colour coding things, categorising things, adding page breaks, etc.) which Ninja, too, has gotten used to and would be practically uninterpretable to the general public. Also, I would find it disturbing if I was trying to edit the Spreadsheet (a lot of work is done on that Spreadsheet) and I saw people clicking on cells, etc. whilst I'm using it. The next thing we saw is that the timing is unsuitable for a large number of players. Alright, we understand this and we are more than happy to receive suggestions but it would need to be incredibly good and a viable option for it to be introduced. Let me tell you why we don't wanna change the time. Basically, we have established a reliable time for people to come into the Forum and find the live Quiz. Changing this time would only present a lot of unhappy participants every time we change it. There are very few people who actively check every post here and thus, it would be impractical. We received an idea to vary the timing of each Quiz every few weeks but the same argument applies. Additionally, this would be very hard for us (TTC Judges) to try to get someone to post the link when we're unavailable. Sorry for the massive text wall but I felt that some things needed to be addressed. I also wanted you guys to know that we're watching that survey very diligently and are very humbled by your responses. Thanks!

Best of luck, mate! The community appreciates your contributions. ^_^

”Highest prize winnings from an Official/Unofficial Contest”?Would be interesting, actually.

There likely will be increased rewards, yes, certainly.

Well, it seems like you guys wanted some harder Quizzes. This week I’m expecting zero people to get everything right. xD I’ve even got some of the best Proofreaders to get things wrong so you guys better brush up on your knowledge!
-
You got 10/12. Your wrong selections were "Noob Army" and "Tea."
-
The "warning" was for whoever hasn't already done the Quiz, not to you.
-
Thanks for doing the Quiz sensibly. :) I'd REALLY like to reiterate that you need to take this Survey seriously. We will be taking your feedback into consideration and if you fool around and make a silly entry, it's not going to help.

ANNOUNCEMENT! Tanki Thinking Challenge has been running for a few months now and it's been extremely enjoyable for us, the organisers but now we want to hear your opinions. Please take a few minutes to use our Survey to tell us how we're going with things and where we can improve. We would really like to hear your opinions and will definitely listen. Thank you! >>>>> Survey Link <<<<<

Yeah, very true. The substitute would really "weaken" the intense word. Fair enough.

Fantastic read! It’s always nice reading from the perspective of the participant. Good stuff! ^_^ Btw, shoutout to StuntmanJadside, he’s an amazing editor. I’d recommend any of the AreaTO peeps for some crazy editing. -
Good work but I'd stay away from cussing using actual swear words, tone it done with some non-hyper-offensive substitutes and you can get pretty much the same effect. :D

I’m pretty sure he isn’t suggesting that we go digging for records but rather, if someone stumbles across it, they can post it here.
