Nope, still 8 UTC. I'm assuming you're American, I think they were recently affected by Daylight Savings. I, too, got confused for a while because Australia changed the clocks due to Daylight Savings a few weeks ago and I suddenly noticed that I had to post the Quiz links 1 hour earlier than normal. This has nothing to do with UTC though, UTC hasn't changed its time, has it?

Blame the Calendar we follow (Gregorian, is it?). I wanted to make this Spot the Difference a picture of the Halloween 2017 map but we obviously can't get pics of it until it's released. If this Monday fell a few days later (maybe on the 2nd of November or something), the Quiz would've been of the Holiday map. Time restrictions got the better of us, unfortunately.
