If you look at Issimo's post, his contention is solely "nerf Magnum," with no evidence or backup. Furthermore, it is basically a discussion where he explains that Magnum is OP but he proposed no ideas. If you read my idea, you can clear see that I spoke about how Isida is OP and then proposed 3 ideas. Do you see any idea in Issimo's post? All he says is that "damage should be reduced slightly" - barely a suggestion. Obviously Moderators determined that the topic was more of a discussion than a proposal, so they moved it accordingly. I'm sure you can see that there is quite a large difference between the two cases. Hope this helped. ;)
