Each time you eanable a supplie it disable other active supplies and make them on cooldown but increase it's effect

when you win in in the ultra container the cooldown of supplies is long but it will decreas each upgrade OP! i don't think it's rare and consume 5 or 6 supplies type but it's passive type no cooldown on drone
