After a whole month of impressive activity and designs, has successfully passed candidacy. Congratulations!

Some filters, some brush strokes, replaced the sky, blurred the background details to make a depth of field, added several layers with different blend modes, and then some finishing touches with filters. There isn't really a "tutorial" you can follow, each scene is different depending on what you're trying to do. You might want to have a look a photo manipulation speedarts on youtube, if you know the basics you will understand what they do and eventually be able to do the same with some practice.
