Well you are a low rank... It takes time for you to get the best, just buy a simple paint, a cheap upgrade for you tank/hull and then save up for better upgrades, if the game changed like you want it then players will get to the top too quickly and then they would leave. But this way they stay and player and by time they will never leave. Like me, I will never leave!
