that is now the way to put a tank on a pic!!! first you need to cut out a tank in a different window!!! you can use guide to do that!

now there is your tool bar right? 3 tool from the top is the one which cuts out the tank.... right click on it to get the "magic want tool" or press "w".

PS is always the same... same program.. maybe different update but same commands and stuff
