Made some hulls and turrets in blender, wanted to show em, thought just 360 spin in garage, Then thought time freeze flyby in mid action, i remembered i aint no artist, so i just made the action scene. Thats how i ended up with my first animation XD this is based on old tanki, but i think some parts could fit in tanki nice. Blue tanks are on blue team, red tanks on red team. -Horc (The hull with vulcan) Has a bulldozer plow to smash thru opposition, has slow acceleration, but okay top speed, the higher it goes, the less manuverable it is, like a rhino charging. Has great engine power, so it can basically push anything out of its way, but due to its slim tracks, it has very poor side traction, meaning if it gets T boned, medium hulls can pin it to the wall. -Fox (The isida healing wasp) Excellent top speed, very low health, low weight, lacks on spot turning, so it handles more like a car. -Typhoon (The hull with twins, on bridge) I made the concept before flying hulls existed, im aware for its similarities to jumper. Its just a regular light hull, fast, low armor, good grip, as the front tracks are on a hinge, they bend to grip the terrain, meaning it has much better traction on uneven surfaces. -Ashfall (artillery) Sends a barrage of rockets, Low damage per rocket. rocket accuracy scales with time of flight, so if you want to hope for a hit, you shoot it in the sky where flight time is long. if you want to guarantee a hit, you drive out of cover and shoot dirrectly at the target, reducing rockets time of flight thus increasing accuracy. -Spider (The hull blocking twins) Slow acceleration, high health, weak engine, excellent side friction. Its a moving fortress of sorts. Its so heavy and has wide tracks, so nothing can push it from its sides, with exception maybe the hulk, but it has so weak engine, that medium hulls can overpower it and push it from front or rear. All the budget went into the armor i guess. -

baked lights do indeed use raytracing, but its not dynamic, its static lighting. explosions wont be raytraced, tank shadows wont be raytraced, fire etc neither. Literally only sun will be baked as its the only static light source Ive heard some say tanki already uses baked lights which they bake in unity. If thats the case, its already raytraced. -

umm... You got any.... like... any clue at all what raytracing is? its not cheap on your system, many if not most tanki players play the game on kinda garbage systems and you want them to play tanki with raytracing? -

or just... yno... return red and blue teams. There was no reason to remove ability to play in red team Alpha and bravo just.... sounds so edgy and so childish and kinda cringe all at the same time Red blue worked fine, if it aint broke, dont fix it, tanki being tanki TRIED to fix it. -
aint you reffering to the gun called `Ricochet`? You should be at the ranks where its already unlocked or atleast seen it in battles. Some people didnt know firebird exists, now look at the game, every gun is firebird. Firebird is now only unique by its limitation that it needs to be close to target.

in C# it would be easy to implement.just larger particles with less alpha (so 5 tanks using smoke screen doesnt lag the whole game.), and if needed, just make a sphere check if the tank is within some distance of center of the smoke screen, turn off the rendering of the tank (the tank physics part exists, but its just invisible.) if it removed the wallhacks, like u cant see the flag etc it could have some benefits, but the vertical auto aim would still work otherwise itll be too broken. maybe its just me, but i have not tried to win in this game since first war event. its just.... i can be multing and ill perform well in those battles. -

i grabbed this screenshot for another topic, but... GenBi, he is going to quit the game, if the micro upgrade button is not removed, but he will stay, if he has to fight tank with 36 times higher gear score -

The matchmaking is a complete mess, wouldn't be surprised if it threw recruits with legends, but anyway. Split the players by their gear score, something like all 0-1000 players, all 1000-2000 players so on till 9k-10k. Just 10 player groups. That'll mean if someone wants to test low tier equipment, he can without getting one shotted by firebird machine gun. i opened tanki, joined battle, grabbed screenshot. i have 36 times larger gear score, than GenBi, and he has to fight me, yet tanki are worried if they dont remove micro upgrade button from that dudes garage, he will quit the game. -

he says too many buttons, BUT THEYRE LITERALLY REMOVING ONLY A SINGLE BUTTON NEWBIE SEES FOR HOURS till he ranks up to sergant and then it just disapears on some equipment pieces. -

as i mentioned on top, theyll count in speedups. the last 2 upgrades with speedups cost more than the whole update.
