Getting to be a bit of a joke now, @Spy. It's slowing down many peoples progression through challenges. The Devs should either come clean and say they can't fix it or stop adding new features and concentrate on getting it fixed. I appreciate you are stuck between a rock and a hard place as an Admin/Mod, but surely the Devs need to be open about this. They need to stop sticking their heads in the ground and admit they have a problem - but then again, they won't as it may cost them revenue. Disgraceful behaviour.

@Spy Please, can you tell me where I can find the 'Energy' I've been earning and what it is used for? There aren't any clear instructions or advice I can find on Wikis or in the forum. Also, when is the no damage issue with (magnum mainly) turrets going to be fixed? I'm currently paying for a game that lacks some of its functionality and would like this either restored or reimbursed - it slows me down completing some tasks and may hamper me finishing challenges.

Energy points - The orange fuel tank After completing my first three missions with the new energy points, where is the combined score/source kept? Shards I can see on the containers, no problem, but where is the energy points tally shown?

There is a constant problem of Magnum not dealing damage. This occurs with any hull and any configuration of tank. Also, the Mortar augment does not lay a mine and therefore the chance of any damage. Are Tanki prepared to refund paying players who pay for their game even though it is not fit for purpose? It is happening far too often after the HTML5 change ( I cannot call it an 'upgrade' as it is seriously flawed in other areas too) and as a regular 'Challenge' player, it is affecting the speed I complete these drastically. Sort it out Tanki, please. I have reported this previously and posted a video of it.

No damage from Magnum - Update requested please. I reported (with a video) that I was experiencing no damage from Magnum, this is still happening, could you advise if and when this will be looked at, please?

Hiya Tanki. Please could you ask the Devs to look into a glitch I may have come across. I'm using Magnum with Mortar and it sporadically won't deal damage, even with a direct hit. Sometimes it will score on short range shots, but not long range. Thanks for passing this on.

Supermission done, guess what? Out of all the 'Ultra' (and I use the term loosely) containers, one premium item. Tanki, your greed is pretty obvious now. Sort it out, make the probability better and you may just sell a few more Ultra containers.

Emil.. The Devs of the game could enhance the luck and remove some of the lower value 'rewards'. Naming something 'Ultra' and copying the available rewards into them from a standard container is pretty poor. It's just a way of extracting cash from us who pay to play.

@Spy Thanks for the reply, I really think that Tanki should look at this, the 'Ultra' containers are expensive at just over €1 per box.There isn't much incentive to buy them for the very rare chance of something other than normal supplies coming along. 'Ultra' Containers, why have you called them this? They are exactly the same as a normal container and after opening several of them, the rewards are just the same as a normal container...

UNABLE TO PURCHASE PREMIUM OR BATTLE PASS Hiya Tanki.. Just tried to purchase a battle pass and no payment option loaded at all. Went to purchase 60 days premium and a payment option loaded, but would not accept payment. Hope you can fix this soon. Edit - Made contact with my bank as they sometimes block payments - they tell me it is showing as a machine error at Tanki's side.
