There are too many variables that need to be taken into account besides the ones mentionned above, we can't ever come into a conclusion about this game. Except for the devs.

No they were not the ones that made the changes, depending on what you said: "you tried to post a topic in the help site a week ago" And appearantly from the screenshot that those updates were installed only 3 days ago so they must not be the cause of the lag. Try to open your task manager while running TO and do the following: Head out to the process tab and try to stop any unecessary processes while you monitor your FPS in the game this will save up some workload of your processor & free some space in the RAM. Point is that you should consider that there are some programs in your PC that are working in background...

Technically it won't end at least for now; All submitted applications will be reviewed on a monthly schedule, every 1st day of a new month the review team will go through the new applications and pick eligible for personal interviews, to allow worthy people of geting the spec. What you should take into account is that the deadline for the spectator applications is the last day of each month (December 31st, February 28th). So in case you didn't get it this month, you can try to apply the next month and so on. :)
