I'm not perfect,I'm just giving advice and the forum is part of everyone's business lol It would help yes,but there are some smart people on the internet who can,as you already said block and change IPs,even use proxy servers and such...It would help,but only for a part of the game.

One account for one IP is just not fun. I play with 2 accounts online just to parkour,or just to chat in the main chat and play in the real game. Multing is a serious issue in this game, but I haven't seen mults in games for your rank yet? Maybe this is just an alt account of yours. But just limiting the amount of people who can be online on 1 IP won't work,as you may just let your friend go on that acc to mult in the enemy team,that are 2 different IPs... Maybe you should concentrate on your English education aswell,you're wording confuses us all the time... .-.
