I remember times when the servers were not devided, at that time all players were able to communicate with each other even though they did not spoke the same language... And you shouldn't forget that you should play in battles and not chat the whole time :)

First of all, you are not a moderator and as such not allowed to write any injunctions! If you or other players have complaints about the topics write to an Forum moderator or Event Organizer. Secondly the essence of the quoted rule is that "player-created events" will not have any effect on the karma, for any violations, players won't be punished by disconnects from the servers nor banning players from chat. We allow the organizers of "player-created events" to blacklist specific players from their respective events if they have evidence to prove the violation. This is in our eyes necessary and acceptable to prevent against trolls and saboteurs.

:huh: Seriously why the hell introducing format after format, do it effectively (and how developer learn to develop while studying), create a menu where players can select which weapons / tanks / modules are allowed. First of all it would reduce the time in developing new formats as the interface would already give you the posibilities. Secondly it would be very welcomed for esport and events as you could create battles which perfectly suite the requirements. Thirdly it would make bug fixing and further development much easier as you only have to change one thing instead of many.

It's not the best idea, to many chat icons, and you don't know what is standing for which helper position. Only the chat related helper really need such icons.

Thats not a bug, the instalation language only is important for the setup programm, not the client. The lanuage of the client will be saved seperatly after you first used it.
