Get a new picture (it can be anything), copy and paste it in the "Data" --> "Colormaps". Make it with the name you like, Then, go to the config file, open with Notepad or any other program (that is like Notepad) --> go to this line copy it, then paste it exactly below it Then change the "Moonwalker" to "Hi" or the EXACT copy of the name of the picture (keep everything else the same). Close Notepad and save the file. Open Tank Viewer and see your new paint --- Thanks lordmostafa. :)
