They will become official but they are to inactive. They need to publish more parkour videos in shorter time. And for the paint: of we look ToT gas glide, GTT's is very similar to it but just have ping lines so you can kinda expect how it will look like.

No one can join as applications are closed! Don't try to join when applications are closed, but even if they would be opened they would not accept such low ranks.

Well, i'm always trying to parkour by new ways, not to use that old tricks, so when i hear about an idea like that, i always help. We did it before also, if you maybe saw that "Fun with TFP" video in witch i'm standing on that "tower" in Iran and 2 thunders are shooting below me and i'l jumping in the air, so you aren't the first that was doing this trick :)
