I also look at the other protection they offer,Loam protect from Rico,Thunder and Freeze aswell,while Urban From Firebird (only 5% tho),Isida and Rico,and these are also common enemies on the field

Yes,after Lieutenant Colonel,it is a must to MU the Dictator,at least a little bit,but you can still do well with a stock Dic M2 I am planing on buying a new Paint,but cant decide either Loam or Urban..Firebird and Twins are both causing me major issues on the battlefield..Loam has big fire protection,but no protection to Twins,while Urban has good protection to Twins but very low on Firebird..Which one to pick?
