Man the Firebird-Viking combo has become a legend. Any reviews of people who tried it at M2 ?

I would love to see the game more balanced than it is right now. I would love to see Devs to finally be neutral towards all Hulls and Turrets and give them all fair tweaks. I would love to see buyers being back to only buying kits and not MU ing them to next level as they buy them. I would love to see Devs to bring back the Old TO for one week. I might add more...... Even I have returned after a long time. The last time I played was during the First War. TO sure has changed a lot since then and the new Gauss is also a pain to deal with. Just play MM battles for some time. Try to start with a combo you are positive to get a good score with. Try all the overdrives and take your time with drones. Everything will work out just fine. I too have tried Corsair kit. It is simply one of the top 3 M1 kits out there. About it's play-style. Well ever since Devs have said that Twins is a close range weapon its effectiveness had fell drastically. But nevertheless it is still great. It is also true that the Viking-Twin combo cannot be used in every map, but to tackle this you can change the position you play according to the match. For example imagine these situations : ​You are send to a small map, like Sandal,Sandbox, Tribute, in any of the team game modes. Here you don't need to hesitate to play any position. The health of Viking and Twins can handle almost any enemy. You are send to a medium map, like Rio. Here I suggest you to go for attack only. You can stay as midfield too. You are sent to a large map, like Highways. Here your only option is to stay defence. If the map has a lot of walls and places to hide, you can try attacking. Now I also suggest you to go for the Stable Plasma alteration. It is a great alteration for it's price and is useful at the higher ranks too. Happy tanking, F41TH Ever tried that combo ?

I had bought Striker Kit a while back and still use it. To be true, it is really, heavily underrated kit. Almost everyone in a match underestimates me. The Smoky-Viking combo is suitable for almost all maps if you can use Smoky well and the PM comes in handy too. I am thinking of my next kit as either Cyclops or something with a heavy hull.

I think that the less amount of mammy's active overdrive time will be bad. Any comments ?

Smoky is still one of the best turrets out there !!! I have been using it ever since I've made this account(along with a few other things). I liked it so much that I collected for a year and a half to only see Smoky M2's power at WO1. It's every alteration is amazing. It's critical shot is one of the best features of the game. Well honestly. It's good and can be used in every MM match when paired with any light or medium hull.

Minotaur definetly is still one of th best kits out in the M2 ranks. People stopped using it because of the Tidebreaker-HBTY combo..... ah, I mean because almost everyone now wants to try Shaft-Hunter. But yes Minotaur still is a great kit. lol nope. I don't buy. Well the reason I want to go for two M2 kits is that I like XP and also know that I will need a combo for earning crystals in MM. Yeah I like Smoky, Hornet and Shaft... but Hunter just ain't my thing. I mean it is good and it's overdrive and all other features are better than Viking but I had a deep level attachment with Viking. So I'll have to say no for Turtle. I can go for Paladin instead. I hear it is a strong kit. Now I also have another plan to go with. I wanna try to buy Gauss M2 and MU it to M3 and go to M3's with the equipment that I have and then buy 2 M3 kits and MU them. If I collect according to my plan then I must have at most 1.5 mil crystals by the rank M3 kits unlock. I might have more if I open a lucky container.

Well I've decided to make this account my main and F.4.T.3 will be only to let off some steam. I have a plan for this account. I already have Smoky M2 and my Viking is at 8/10. At first I thought that it was a mistake but then I thought a lot and came to a road. I will buy Cyclops kit. As HBTY said I bought Shaft and it's alteration. The SB one. Then I practiced on a low rank account for a month. Now I'm good with Shaft. Now if I go for Cyclops I can MU Shaft to M3 and also collect for M3 kits. I will use Mammy in some battles and my main combo will be Smoky-Viking. How's it sound ?

Ok, the whole para that I'm going to type in simple words is," I'm f***ed up and need some REAL help." Well here is a link to my Profile. Check it before you answer. Also a list of all items in my garage are down below (items that may not be shown in Profile). Turrets: Smoky M1 (10/10) Shaft M1 Firebird M1 (3/10) Hulls: Viking M1 (6/10) Rest all are M0. Supplies (exact values): Repair Kit: 106 Double Armour: 691 Double Damage: 568 Speed Boost: 883 Mine: 554 Gold Boxes: 0 Battery: 418 I have no Containers and have 8 Weekly Containers. I had 45,000.00 crystals and on April Fools Day sales I listened to what HBTY had told me and bought Shaft M1 and Short Band Alteration. I went ahead and also bought a Drone on my own opinion. All 3 of them were BIG mistakes. At first I thought that it was my inexperience in Shaft that was making me suck to use it, so I went and practiced with Shaft on my friends account ( M1 Shaft at First Sergeant). Result was that I still did suck. Now here's the real deal. I have now figured how to fix this account. One way is to buy Ram Kit and MU my Viking to M2. Two, go for Raider Kit and don't MU viking for now. As of now I have roughly 11k crystals. I will be collecting slowly for almost 2 years ( Yes, TWO YEARS. I also have school and Anime). After 2 years I will be able to go full play. So I plan to do only missions till then. Now all you have to answer is which route shall I choose. The one with Ram innit or the Raider one. Any help is appreciated. Also I do not mean to insult you HBTY. Shaft is a great turret. But every player has a different playing style and Shaft just doesn't suit me. Ok. I'm stuck. Check my account and then read ahead. All I have is Smoky M2 and a Viking M1.7 and Dolphin M1.3 and remaining all M0 except Fire M1. I have 100-120 Repairs and remaining all supplies above 600 (including batteries) I'm saving Weekly Containers but have only 8 yet. I'm thinking of starting again but it'll be a drag. And I don't know what to do ahead. Go for a single M2 and MU it to M3.(Freeze M2-->M3) Go for an M2 kit and MU it to M3. ( Tornado, Juggler, Simoom,etc) Also I want to buy a kit before Third Lieutenant. I won't be much active from May. I really want Tornado Kit but it is goddammed costly. Also I like only Thunder, Smoky, Firebird, Ricochet, Railgun and Freeze in turrets and Viking, Hunter, Hornet and Wasp in hulls. Now please help me. :D Any help appreciated.

I just realized that all of this happened because of me :D Anyways I am not going to buy any alterations for now. I will just work on upgrading my Viking to M2 for now =D If I do I will go for Incendiary Rounds or Autocannon.

Thanks to all for answering my previous question about Smoky's alt. I decided to go with Incendiary Rounds. However I have a question about Railgun's alteration. Should I go with Stabilization or Destabilization ? I did the calcultions, they fare up somewhat like this.... With Round Stabilization : MIN-892.5 and MAX-903.75 With Round Destabilization : MIN-1 and MAX-2048.5 These readings are for M2 railgun. I don't have it but I am planning to buy it once I get Tornado Kit. I feel RD is based more on luck while RS keeps you on more of a safe side. I haven't tried any one of 'em. So I felt like to get opinion of others. Any kind of help is thanked =D
