Gonna butt in here for a second. I sent a support ticket and this is what that responded with compared to other's responses (Top one is the first response from someone else, bottom is mine) Basically, everything was intentional at first, but they decided to be "generous" due to their communication mistake. Although I'm fine with this outcome, I'm never doing events like this again because now I have to take a grain of salt with what they say ?

The augment itself doesn't guarantee wins or even kills. Sure if you just let the enemy shoot at you, then of course you're gonna die! And most of the time, it's those people who are complaining. Literally do something about it! Hulls and drones are in the game for a reason! Heck, even in most cases, you don't even have to fight them!

I'm pretty sure he understands it better than you do, lol If you bring that to court, they're just gonna laugh and roll their eyes because the players should already know that everything is subject to changed unless stated otherwise. Did anything in the shop say that stats were set in stone? Did they promise that it was the strongest thing in the game? No? :D

Nah, if you ask me, no amount of compensation can replace the playing style for these drones. I'd understand if they made this decision when drones were barely introduced and there were no status effects, but it's already been how many years? If the newer players can't understand, then why are we forced to suffer due to their incompetence? If anything, they're still gonna quit with the remaining drones, because now all of the sudden, we're all forced to go back to relying on ODs, status augments, or rarely flipping over players to counter 50% protection + Defenders, Crisis, or Tricksters (ASL and CTF). On top of that, there's also the immunities to take account into, and I doubt anyone would want to wait to earn all those and be forced to constantly change in battle only to rage quit and break their devices. For me personally, I can go back to relying on those since I have everything, but the reason I left it behind and switched to Blaster + Jamming Immunity is because I wanted to relax in MM. If the combination works without putting that much effort, then why go through all this excessive bull? It's not like I'm getting paid to play this game. And the fact that most people just want an annoying drone removed from the game just goes to show how much the community cares about update's intent. Hopefully the devs would look into this before making a final decision.

I don't see why the font colors had to be changed. There was nothing wrong with the first one cause right now, half the people I kill are either behind walls or across the map. The only way I can tell if it was a crit is when the damage is higher than usual, assuming they're not using armadillo or something. Then whenever a regular crit hits, I assume they're dead, but when I see them coming around again, there's a problem! Would like a fix plz, kthx

MM battles are usually a contest to see who changes equipment nowadays. ? Honestly, I'd prefer it if they removed it from MM completely, but ASL and CTF would be impossible. I've never relied on changing protections and I barely change equipment in general, so I can't relate. Usually critical shots and/or AP kill me nowadays, so even if I did switch, I'd still die. It's all good though. I rather get pierced over stunned any day o_o

Shaft was pretty balanced before they started messing with the reloads. ? (Those reload buffs from earlier) I thought the devs knew what they were doing, but I guess the opinions sort of changed. This update is pretty bad though. It was pretty hard to win DM matches with the old one, so I can only imagine how bad it would be with this one ?

Oh, those tankoins and prem were actually luck from coinboxes and containers o_o I saw the V-log, noticed the battle pass was changing, saved up 512 tankoins, burned 300 of them on coinboxes because I thought I wasn't gonna need them anymore, then ended up with 1,312 and bought the rest of those country paints :P Who would actually buy on mobile? ?
