I won for the Helpers vs Players livestream. But its been over 48 hours and did not receive the promo code. I also tried contacting The.L-E-G-E-N-D , but no reply for a long time. Hope it gets PMed to me soon. So what should I do if I still dont get it ?

Yes contact Tanki Online through the mail given by @Sacrifice Also if you have bought anything thing in the account with real money then provide them your receipt ... as this makes things faster and the account will be returned faster.

So if I buy this firefly kit mk4 which gives mkwasp and fire with a protection , but I aldready have mk4 wasp. So will the crystals be reduced from the total price of the kit or does it stay the same!?

@ControlledChaos I guess he can use it to sign in into the forum , but maybe blocked in the game. @Rajawi14 It seems your account was blocked or banned. Maybe cause you have done something wrong in your account or have received ban because you were using 3rd party cheats. As far as I know TO will never block your account permanently unless you have done something really wrong. Pls also check your mail thats connected , maybe theres some mail sent from tanki.

Hey there ! Like you said they did cut down the price for the Tanki Quiz. This was really frustrating to me at the first but after realising that the questions were actually very easy to find from the WIKI. So everyone attending the quiz can easily can get the first place and win the top prize of 100k crystals and 12 containers with 7 premium days. Imagine around 2000 people getting this reward for free ? This will kill the games economy and literally spoil it for everyone. I am really fine with them for decreasing the prizes from 100k to 60k , the the fact that they cut down to 35k was a bit sad to see. Because I planned out to buy a kit from the crystals earned , And now its gone. But this is more of a free giveaway from Tanki , so I think is to deal with it and not to quarrel much about this , because they might cancel the event and no one get the prize. And no one wants that ! So not to be rude but the reduction from 100k to 60k was explainable but from 60k to 35k was a bit out of the box. But since its for free I respect that from tanki.

5 winners will be chosen from the digital along with some consolation prizes for runner ups, also 5 winners will be chosen from the actual card ( pencil , oil paintings etc. ) side with same winning positions

This happens because of your FPS or PING lag. If your internet connection is unstable then this lag will occur. Another reason is bugs , they can occur more in HTML versions as its a new platform and still under construction. Also if you hit your opponent and it shows 0 damage its not any lag or bug , its just the spawn invincibility the person gets for 2-3 seconds.

As of now TankiOnline does not have the IOS version , This means that TO is not available in the Apple stores , which also means that you can not play on any apple devices. The TO app for IOS might be still under development and may or may not be released in the near future for the IOS version. As of now the TO app is unique to android versions only and available to purchase from the google playstore
