Tanki Online support team usually ask 11-12 questions related to the account to confirm if it's your account. These can include images of receipts, history or older nicknames, country and city played from, previously and original linked email addresses and dates last logged in/account creation date. Now these are information only the real account owner can provide (even approximate dates are valid for such cases). I am not saying that you are not the owner but if Tanki Online support is refusing your request then either: A) You have given wrong information because you may have forgotten exact dates or other crucial information, OR B) You are not the real owner and only providing some proof which you might have gotten from other players/previous owner. The support team can not just randomly give a player an account if the information they want to hear are not heard, this is to protect the players account and prevent fraud. Hope you understand! My best advice is - try to remember the best answers to the questions they previously asked. Make sure you are 100% confident, then send another request again.

Also: Once you get your account back please change your account password to something hard, add a 2-factor authentication and even try to change your email password. This is just a precaution incase if it were to be stolen again.

Hi, Your account is most likely stolen by a hacker or someone else. The best chance from my opinion you have is send a mail to help@tankionline.com. Send a simple email to them using the original email linked to your account saying that you want to retrieve a stolen account. From there they should ask you multiple questions (such as date you created account, last logged in date, previous nicknames and obviously purchase receipts). Answer all of them as best you can and they will investigate this and they will come up with a decision. The support team does an amazing job, so I am sure they will help you in this if they find it is true. Feel free to ask any questions if you have. Hope you get your account bsck!

Did you try to check your account in the ratings page? https://ratings.tankionline.com/en/ Type the name of the account here and see if it still shows something. If you do find a profile, then you can message Tanki Support to get it back.

Expected some free goodies for Christmas

Huge thanks to the developers for putting Dark skins (aka the cheap knockoff XT Hd) in the Ultra containers and spoiling people's chance of getting actual good skins. (btw 3rd DK skin I got from containers this time)

I was excited about this but when I actually played the game on iPhone is was so bad. The screen movements and turret sensitivity and something about the whole game. Back on the old android app it was much easier to shoot and aim. here it’s close to impossible to aim because as soon as you try to move the turret (same as X/Y function) the screen is delayed and just doesn’t lock in on time. It’s not an fps issue or sensitivity in settings issue it’s just cuz of the physics I think.

The bundle is made for players who spend money on the game and also want a pretty good deal. If you are F2p then advent calendar isn’t something up your alley obviously.

Well I agree, at first I was pissed off at the reused paint, but well -- you spend 8000 tankcoins you get 8000 rubies back to spend again on things you like. So value wise the advent calendar is just amazing, It also has decent amount of containers. So credit where it's due to the developers.

How do you even call them Dark (DK) skins when they got more lighter shades than Dark? When I hear the name Dark, I expect it to fully be dark without any of those greyish stuff. The only good thing about DK skins are the red lighting. At this point Tanki should make <<SW>> skin set aka Super White, where you replace the black part with white.

I couldn't agree more with you, that's a pretty good idea. It would even make more people buy into it over time. Tanki is somehow progressing backwards in good Ideas, the game had some good stuff. But as we go into the future it just seems they don't give it much thought. Tanki needs a new branch of helpers called Brainstormers or something, who can actually take some good ideas from the community and give them directly to devs or even think of good ideas themselves. Issue is devs just put stuff in game they like without even asking or taking community's opinion.

Just a doubt, if I buy the advent calendar on 10th of December for example, do I still get to collect all the 24 gifts till the end ? Or I just get to collect the first 15 gifts then lose out on all the others ?
