Hats off to the marketing team of Tanki Online coming up with this limited paint idea for leaderboards, easy bag for devlopers.

Well one of the defining visual aspect of so called "Steam Punk" is the exposed gears, cogs, wheels, pistons or brass machinery even if they don't serve a logical or realistic (mechanical) use of it. Steampunk theme is usually derived from Victorian-era/ 19th century Industrial revolution machinery, and this Steampunk theme usually exaggerates it to fit the aesthetic. This is more of an aesthetic SP and not functional one. Overall amazing skin and fits perfectly with other SP combos, good work by the art department/designers.

This is actually a REALLY good update, I have seen many players asking about the tech support of Tanki Online and their email address and how to contact them. For years I wanted to have a system that makes it easier for players to communicate and receive the support, I think adding a specific sections to the website would be good like: 1) Account issues (includes everything from stolen accounts/ garage issues/nickname issues /internal problems regarding it) 2) Issues with payment (payment methods or refunds etc) 3) Issues regarding something from the administration/bugs/server 4) Issues regarding other players or complaint registtration 5) Other issues Also adding a rating screen (rating the support out of 5 stars) after the players request is filled. Just a question though, will Tanki support still be replying through the email ? or is the website the only way of communication ?

There really isn't a minimum rank to see your profile. You can not see your profile because it's most likely hidden in game settings. To enable your ratings please go to in gamer SETTING > click on SECURITY > toggle the "hide your profile" off. Once you do this and wait for some minutes you should be able to see it again. Whenever you type someone's nickname and they don't appear in ratings it's because their profile is hidden. Please tell me if this worked for you, thanks!

Hello, So it seems you have the original email that was linked to your account but you must have forgotten some key details about your account (such as created date, old nicknames etc.) I feel like your account was probably stolen and someone has added a 2FA to it. The best option you have here is to remember the key details of your account. I am sure when you contacted Tanki support (help@tankionline.com) they asked you a series of 11-12 questions to prove you are ethe rightful owner. So try to remember the approximate but correct dates and answers to these questions. Also provide them with any receipts you have have of any real money purchases made. Unfortunately only support can help with such requests, so you need to talk with them. Additionally tell support that someone had added the 2fa and your account was stolen.

Marketing wise this is a good strategy, OG paints that were there for 1 time purchase are really sought after. I am sure if the paint were not there in the reward list a lot of players (who currently are trying to get it) wouldn't spend money on Tankcoins packs to get more points. Easy money for the company and a good way to give out paints that are high in value to those who are ready to spend money for it But I hope such exclusive paints are only given to 1 single player like this event. And not to top 10, top 15 etc. Don't want too many people getting it

Lot's of end-game players now can not play most events because of re-used skins or rewards. I have paladin RF, but was looking forward to getting Crusader RF since it's my main hull. You guys need to implement some sort of exchange system (obviously design it in a way people can not abuse/exploit it) or give a fallback reward for getting rewards from events/fund when a player already has it. Almost every single game in 2026 gives fallback rewards. Also Gauss RF (I want to comment some stuff about it but it will get me banned, so you get the point)

Hey, It’s most likely a hacker or someone else who might have added the 2fa (2 factor authentication) on your account. If you haven’t added this or downloaded any authentication apps for it. You need to contact technical support. Please send an email to help@tankionline.com with the same email linked to your account and answer all the questions they ask you, and it will be fixed

If the protection were buyable (30,000 crystals) by all players with crystals, then they would not add it in an offer for 7000 Tankcoins, Anyhow, I am really interested to see how Tsunami XT is coming up, I know for a fact the art department will do an amazing job!
