In addition to what @Polski_Gracz_2said, you must verify you are the real owner of the account (providing vital information and receipts) to support. You can not simply ask to delete an account that you did not create. Since its a security issue.

Your security code (assuming you mean the 2 factor authentication) will be updated every 30 seconds on your phone application you paired with your account.

Hi, PING issue is always connected to your Wi-Fi or data you use. If it is not strong, you will have high ping which in turn will give you lags and ping spikes. Having a strong computer will not help with ping since its 100% the WIFI connection. Now lets say you have a strong wifi in your house, but if too many devices are using it at the same time it can cause a little ping issue too. Another reason could be the connection to the Tanki servers. Also for me I have noticed that if I am downloading a huge game or uploading a video, even with strong WifI you will have ping issue in Tanki. but once its over it will come back t normal.

Most games become successful by using players data and statistics. Over the past year or so, there were changes based on this. For example, eliminating drones that players (on a huge scale) did not use much, reducing the speed-up costs to make it easier for players to upgrade and even removing protection at low ranks for new players. But I am not really sure if the admins will 100% implement changes based on the latest survey. Keep in mind the game also needs to give extra to the buyers at the same time give F2P players better rewards based on time played.

On the first ever announcement of 2023 MOP, there were 1-12 winner. Suddenly it became 8 winners and honorable mentions ? I remember seeing 9-12th place players getting some rewards too. I keep seeing the same players winning over and over from past years, although I have seen amazing videos from other teams who are bit more unknown. This really makes me question the ethics and legality the "Judges" have made in choosing the winners.

Some events like Tanki Online birthday, Black Friday and Christmas/New Year will always have 50% off since they are huge celebrations. And Tanki removed speed ups to make the game easier for new and upcoming players. Many low rank players have high GS and maxed crisis drones from Tanki fund and they will be too strong at low ranks. But since the new update, new players can easily upgrade during sales. But again, the Developers can change anything anytime.

I saw them get banned live on stream, I think its because most of them were teaming with the opponent juggernaut, so they do not kill each other. This way, the map will be full 13 minutes and they can only concentrate on killing lots of players. They made tons of kills this way and teaming can result in a ban.

Will the developers make a XT HD version for all XT skins just like they did with Viking XT HD ?

I really wish Tanki Online would include players in this event somehow. Maybe we could support them by buying some paint bundle or maybe players could join factions and try to earn experience with the youtubers. This would make it lot more competitive and enjoyable for the players. I hope Tanki will reconsider this change and hopefully implement them by postponing the event. But I am interested to know what others feel!
