So recently my game has been crashing and my ping has been reaching 1000-5000 ping even though my WIFI is stable and strong, so i was wondering on how to clear the cache from the files. I know MacOS is a bit more complicated to even navigate compared to windows, but I would seriously appreciate it if someone knew how to clear it with a clear in depth step by step way. Of course, if thats not possible then can i achieve the same results by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Thanks in advance!

Maybe encourage the community to pool in some event ideas, and use that. Definitely better than a recycled event. Oh and btw we gotta drop a BAG just to get the new augment. Coming by almost 3 million crystals is pretty hard just saying.

and most of all, the old tank display that shows off your current equipment. Sadly, I believe Tanki doesn't care about the ratings page anymore, a lot of other things demand more attention than the ratings system. Sucks to suck, I guess.

They destroyed the hell outta support nanobot, I'm sorry, I might be late to this. So today I tried to play team support for once, and realized support nanobot does the same healing dmg as the base isida with the addition of all the drawbacks it has (aka no attk dmg). So I guess my question to Tanki is: why is support nanobot still in the game, I mean yall might as well scrap it altogether, cuz you guys destroyed it. The whole point of Isida's support nanobot was to be a defensive support (unless you like being an offensive support) with maximum healing, while losing the ability to deal immense damage to the enemy team. And now, because it can't perform as it used to its pretty much a useless augment with the same drawbacks. Either reverse the changes or remove the augment altogether.

I feel like if you're a helper in a related field (ex: CM could train in learning basic BM protocol), you could assist that group if they are understaffed or something idk

I think this event or whatever lost its meaning after the first 2 or 3 times. Honestly, this event is just gonna have existing players make new accounts that'll probably never be used again, and if I remember correctly, having a bunch of unused existing accounts would put a strain on the already bouf ah servers. The way I see it, it's not really fulfilling its purpose as it was intended. Sure, for some players, it's free rewards, but it's an event for players who are new, not for existing users.

It's times like these when I wish our Community Manager did more than post weekly updates. But more than that, the developers seem to be ignorant of the complaints that the community has been pouring out; it's honestly getting tiresome and annoying. Do better!!
