If you are having lag issues, then read this: How to reduce lags? If the problem persists then kindly post a topic on the help site, and please explain your problem in as much details as you can. Mention what type of lag is it, Ping or FPS lag. What do you use to play Tanki Online, For example is it browser or do you play on the client. All these details will help to understand your issue. It's not possible to share overdrive with others in DM mode, maybe they all used it at the same time and it looked like only 1 player activated it and others got it because of him.

I think you are talking about Tanki thinking challenge, It was closed quite a long time ago. After that another edition started, but unfortunately that has ended as well. But don't worry, there are still some contests going on, in every V-LOG, you can participate in "Question of the week" and "Video of the week". Watch the V-LOG and you will know where to submit and whats the question. V-LOGS are posted in News and Announcements section.
