I have the same issue. Those links don't help. It usually means the server is overloaded and cant process your actions as quickly as usual.

I tested it out, Its a good update, but its way to sensitive...

The new anti flood system is way to sensitive. people type fast and you end up having to wait nearly 15 seconds after you finish typing. lower the sensitivity of it please , its extremely annoying when chatting. also, if your chatting directly to someone, their name is included in the amount of characters. this should be changed. the name of the other person shouldn't count.

very nice. this should really help with the flooders, although its way too sensitive.
