Not quite :P in the picture they are overlapping each other, in the sense that when the paint sale ends, the hull sale already started,... And anyway, if that was the case, the same would happen (as you're suggesting) to the battle funds, since they stop at 2am UTC on the following day but they are not there for the days where they last till 2am UTC... It's clearly a mix-up :P We'll wait till Cedric or someone can tell us which one it actually is I guess...

If the situation happened to me, and there was an actual server with gizmos and other high ranks, I'd go there :p kinda like XP/BP battles in RU1- the most intense ones are those that are gizmo only ;) I have no idea what was going in the guy's head of whoever came up with the idea that majors with M2s/1s can play with gizmos with M4s... As a major it wouldn't make sense to join such a battle, but all battles on EN2 are for high ranks, and EN1 is visited by way less people than EN2... The ideal thing would be to have EN1 visited a lot more by gizmos, and also create XP/BP battles, so maybe the server lag on RU1 may decrease after some time..

Spamming your post multiple times won't really help, he's quite busy as you can see :( besides, it isn't a question, it's an idea, so you should post it in the Ideas And Suggestions topic (http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showforum=182) Regarding TX, he already said he doesn't know as he doesn't have anything to do with TX :p Same with applications of mods, he has already answered in previous posts that he needs to see if there are things to change first, then he will open applications later on if needed. Cedric might still answer you (don't think it will be quite different from what I said tho), but you seem like you want a reply fast anyway so.. :p

If I'm not mistaken all helper positions are closed for a while so Cedric can see what is really needed and if admins will be changed etc..

But as far as I know, it was a 25% discount every time you fully upgraded a parameter (before they put them all together)... I don't think it's possible now. You had this before or after the new feature?
