I have a simple advise for you - if you no longer enjoying the fame - quit. Just like that. And when enough people leave, two things might happen: - the game will shut down - good riddance ? - the game will be fixed - awesome

Did you have DD activated? If you did, try without and you should see 100% damage increase with the augment. As @TheCongoSpider explained the augment amplifies only the stock damage part. Not the boosted damage. Augment + DD give you x3 damage, hense 3/2 = 1.5. Its really sad the game got that complex you need a PhD to understand even basic things ☹

Well, if TC will bring back the spirit of the original TO and restore relationship with the community, sure. But that's quite a tall order. If devs had any idea how to fix things, they would have done it already.

IIRC Tanki Classic was announced as a subscription based? Absolutely. And you know what? I was paying when I felt it was worth it. But when devs started blatantly ignoring players feedback I stopped paying. I still could and can, but I’m not paying based on principle. No money if you disrespect your clients. I have no hope for TC and will not play if devs will as a single penny for it.

There were ups and downs along the way. But now I would say it’s the worst. There are OP items that cannot realistically be acquired without buying.

I don’t think it makes much sense discussing turrets in isolation. An example – on smaller maps, without alts, the firebird would do great. Take that same firebird to a random MM and you will be lucky to score enough points for one star.

I remember times when complaining in the battle (/vote smbd) was mostly a hail Mary effort. The chances of a mod coming to kick cheaters or mults were close to none. Now I vote and a mod comes almost instantly all the time. Makes me think the game also has more mods than players ?

Was wondering that too. You get hit by a stun snowball and its game over. You are a sitting duck for a swarm of bots. Just sit there, can do nothing while they destroy you. One of dumbest ideas I've seen in this game. Amd I've seen a lot!

Good for whom? Cause its relative. I can see how slowing down the game makes it good for devs. Less exp, less rewards, more time, etc. For me to be honest it's nothing but frustration. Games should not frustrate players cause they leave.

Devs are fine. It's you my friend need to go! The list is pretty good. Might add: statuses, alts, tripple currency, containers, flying things, ... That's it so far.

Negative. I play tesla because of gameplay - I can get players with more powerful alts, in hidden space, using team mates that otherwise act as obstacles, etc. Status is a bonus but not really important one. So what do you propose? Quit and keep trying till you get a playebale map?

Tesla is baraly playeble on large maps that are predominat now in MM. On large and open maps like Desert or Massacre teslas are sitting ducks. You simply cannot get close to anyone. On smaller and tighter maps like Iran or Chernobil teslas are effective. But any nerf will make it unplayebale anywhere.

Agree with #1. Lags, crashes, ddos, etc. still need work. But adding more stuff is the least this game needs. It needs simplification.

bots taking over?

I like my setup and I want to play with the stuff I like ever occured to you that some players don't have multiple setups? fair point. however why not pivot to smaller maps with smaller teams that in theory should be easier to balance. right? if so why I still routinly see dusseldorf, berlin, etc? how about rethinking crazily fast and easy ranks progression? in the old days if you are incompetent you simply would not get promoted till you actually learn the gameplay. nowadays I routinely encounter legends that can easily get beaten by recruits. of course I understand devs want players to get promoted fast to force them to buy. just maybe not so fast??

Here is the thing - as I write this I'm waiting to join an MM batlle where: - map suits my equipment - ranks are not too high - team is not utterly incompetent That could take anywhere up to half hour or more. Why do I need to wait? Is that too much to ask? It was not before Semen started "improving" this game. Are devs gonna do anything about this? I'm not even talking about PRO - that thing is dead long ago. But this MM darling with the promise of quick balanced gameplay - time is to do smth.

Is this a fact? That in 2015 so many players left that in 2016, aprils fool day marked an absolute online record, all servers red, etc. I don't have access to internal stats and only recollect this from my memory. Maybe ton of players left but that was not visible as it is now.

Not sure if it's related, but game is impossible to play as it freezes multiple times per match. And yeah, it’s not just me! Pls no advises for cleaning cache/cookies/cakes/whatever.

MM indeed is horrible. As one can wait minutes now waiting to join the battle (used to be seconds) it's likely a reduced user base issue. Plus extra incentives to join via quick battle.
