Obviously the topic is going nowhere, "boycotting" and upvoting eachother with alts won't achieve anything. Nor "banning" Semyon or any other developer will. As always, if you have specific suggestions on how to improve the game (not simply criticize the same things again and again), share them in the Ideas section. It was said that according to the amount of viewers on the CS channel, funds will be rised. Unfortunately, viewers weren't enough for this to happen and we can't do anything about this now. For those complaining about the amount of sales, as Joost said, back in 2011, when I joined, we were having only 25% sales and only on Christmas, May Day and Tanki birthday, aswell as some paints and decorations on St Valentine. Now we're having 50% sales, sometimes even more, on different things, aswell as kits, double funds, bonus golds and so on. So, in this aspect, the game has improved. But all you guys should be aware that sales can't be done randomly, they include things like examining statistics, a team of analysts and marketing specialists, planning and so on. Anyway, soon we'll have the May Holidays, and in June - Tanki's 6th birthday, which both will feature awesome stuff!

Hello :) Not sure if I understood correctly the main post, but you're talking about IP. About IP - we don't ban IPs and it will probably never happen. Reason is that currently, 1 IP doesn't always mean 1 person (player). There can be several players playing on the same computer or connected to the same router (which has the same IP). In some cases, there can be whole neighborhoods using the same internet provider, which gave them all the same IP - we can't potentially block so big groups of people for something only 1 of them did, this is why IP blocks aren't used. I randomly picked several of the names provided by Abu-Abdulah-AOA and 6_X and checked them. It turned out that those accounts were blocked due to cheating, sharing, or because they were stolen (if an account is stolen, it can be blocked to ensure that nobody will be able to play on it until the owner manages to get it back). And 1 of the accounts I checked was blocked by request of his owner. Now, about this topic - it just won't help in any way. You say that Arabs get blocked for no reason - this isn't true. There are tons of Arab players, by your logic, why don't they all get blocked? This is unserious. It doesn't matter where you're from, if you buy crystals or not - breaking the rules results in a penalty, and this applies to all players. There's no need to make such topics where you give 20 random player names in big fonts, claiming they were blocked without a reason and then use alts to comment and upvote eachothers' posts. If you follow the rules, you won't have any problems :) If anyone thinks his/her account has been blocked unfairly, he/she needs to contact help@tankionline.com and explain the problem. They'll run a check on the account and find out if this is true or not. This is the only way to get an account back in case it was blocked by mistake. Good luck :)

Hi, If a player breaks the rules during defending himself from violations, of course he'll be punished, as he violated too. As for the word "noob" - "you're noob" only isn't a violation. However, depending on the situation, it can fall under the rules prohibiting insults, discrimination, aswell as 2.1.6. Discrimination of inexperienced players (newbies): misinformation, intimidation, mockery; If you have examples or suggestions on how to improve moderation and decide what to count as a violation and what not, please write to a chat administrator or directly to the community manager :)

Those things are already available in the FAQ section, aswell as on the homepage Help section and in the Wiki, please avoid combining and randomly posting solutions available in other places, as this will just confuse the players. If you have any suggestions on how to improve the current FAQs, PM me. Though CCleaner can clean both of them, cache and registry are two different things.

Topics aren't closed because they contain insults. If someone has insulted in a topic, he simply gets banned and his post gets edited/removed. Then why we have tons of topics that have hundreds of pages but are not closed? It seems like you're angry about the fact your topic was closed and you're blaming the whole moderation team because of that, which is kind of unserious. Your topic was about that kits are getting worse. At the end of your post, you asked "Anyone else feeling like the kit quality has gone downhill since the middle of last year?" - if you get 10 people say "Yes, I feel the same", what will this change? There's just no point in this. Now about why kits are getting worse - this has been perfectly answered by the moderator who locked the topic. But if you feel this was wrong, you can always report this properly. But I'm afraid that creating a topic about blaming moderators doing their jobs improperly is not only pointless (as it won't change anything, complaints posted improperly are invalid), but is also forbidden by the game rules (which you read and agreed to follow when registering in the game). The moderation selection process is nothing you should worry about, we have standards set by the developers which each admin follows when accepting or denying applications. A really small percentage of those who apply actually become moderators and those who do, spend much time in being taught how to do their jobs well. Or because it's not allowed by the rules?
