Why would you want to open the xml? It's all code. To open your map you just need to name it map.xml, save it in the folder TanksTestingTool & 3th Library and then open TanksTestingTool.swf - it will open through Flash player and after some seconds your map will load. But make sure you have atleast one spawn point on your map, otherwise it won't load.

It's test server, such glitches are normal.

You're reminding me of someone that got a really long ban, not sure who.. Anyway, what dictates it is that when a contest gets posted, nothing in it gets changed, after posting. Including the prizes.

It's not a private battle as far as I know. I didn't get the part about the 'suck', but what I can say is yeah, we (Staff - Chat Mods, Forum Mods, Consultants, Testers, Map makers, DJs), don't work in the Tanki offices and receive no money for our work. Meaning we're just volunteers. But your 'they are a staff of the forum' isn't correct, since we don't work only in forum, for example Chat Mods moderate the chat. Basically Staff controls the chat and forum, while the Devs (you can recognize them by looking at their avatar, which is this) control the game. Devs are the ones who created the game, who support it and whose real-life job and money income is Tanki. Clear now? Me too almost, managed to join for the last 10 min :P
