@^ What if you use the Search firstly? The Test Server doesn't always work. That's why sometimes it shows green screen/errors. You can't know when it will be opened again, there is no time shedule - it will be opened when the Devs want to. Just keep trying to enter every day, you may be lucky.

No. Such 'returnings' and 'rolling backs' never happen, thus never get planned. Changes maybe yes (nothing sure), but rolling back - no.

Such threads are pointless, since the Test Server doesn't work for days (imagine, when you create such a thread, the server is opened. But it gets closed after some hours, while people come to see this thread, then they go to the server, see that it's not working, then come back here and start flooding). The Test Server doesn't have a time schedule, it gets opened when it's needed, unfortunately it's unclear when that happens. Just keep trying every day and you may be lucky.

How does user player-blocking help in global?? Yes, it's not available for battle chat yet, probably it will be in future. But what I mean is how will it help? It's useful if you just don't want to see messages from someone. But it's only for you - only you will ignore his messages, while they will be visible to the others. Plus, many of the players even don't know that such 'ignore' commands exist. Example
