This is because we have only 4 Forum Mods that are active - kool, M0ST, Eddy and Miz. kool-all sections - Eddy & Miz - mostly Complaints, M0ST almost everything... The others - Lady_M, IDK if she is even in the English Mod list, she is always on the Russian side, dingus - usually on German Forum, White_Owl - comes very rarely, and yele - mostly on Russian side, I mean, 4 Mods is far from enough for the whole English community - that's why most of the people aren't punished on time, or not at all. And it's not Mods' fault ofc, they are not robots...
