You can't. The game is Russian.So all new things that come to the game are first only in Russian.The people that make them are Russians. So that's why the testers are only Russians, or at least speak Russian.

About the /vote - yes, it's kinda stupid because only 2% from the players know that command exists... About 'solving' this supply-hack - the only people that can 'solve' it are the devs.They are also doing their best to improve the anti-cheat system.Yes, the system is not perfect, but the people behind it try to make it better. :roll:
