Yes, with the current 'system' you can get only 50 posts removed. But if you mean to give the players the option to delete their posts and limit it to 50 posts, then I have to say it's impossible. The forum engine doesn't have an official option for that, it would require changes in the forum code, which Devs don't want to do, except when it's extremely necessary. I'm not a mod, so I don't have a hard time. But what I can say is, better get requests for deletion that you will do, than giving players the ability to do it themselves and then having to follow everyone and check who abuses it. -

Not possible since the ban lines are just normal post edits. -

Yep so...? Someone with 1 - 2k posts, deletes them all, changes his name and comes back. Noone knows who he is. In my opinion that's not fair to players. It's not about Staff, it's easy for them. One of the effects of the bans is other people see what they must not do. It's good to stay like that, if players start deleting the proof they were banned, then others won't see people are getting banned at all and will start breaking rules themselves -

If that happens then deleting posts gets pointless. From what I understood, you want this option mostly to stop posts saying 'deleted'. Well, if you see a topic full of 'shadows' saying post was deleted, wouldn't it be the same? What makes me think this is that many people have requested it. Last guy was a month ago, he wanted all his posts removed. And since Mods' job isn't to respond to stupid requests, they created this Smart. However, I'm not talking for the time you're banned. You get banned today for a week. Next week you come and delete your post which says you've been banned. That was my point. You're welcome. -

We'll need several months till all the people get used to this rule. Meanwhile, mods will have much work with banning people that do that. -

That was the old forum. The current one is IPS. Yes, it has this option, but that doesn't mean it'll get implemented for sure. Well I will. Trolling - you say something, someone answers, then you delete it and the first person looks bad Many people will decide to delete ALL their posts, then change their name and that way act as another person. That way when you get banned and a mod edits the post, you'll be able to delete it and hide the fact you've been banned. etc -

Age isn't important if you're good. Be on the forum/chat, help every day, do it regularly. Admins will see what you do and when you apply, they won't be so strict about age. -
^This. And, 50 emoticons aren't needed, they only cause flood. :)

You sure? Then apply for any of those roles, it would be great to work with us! Whoever thinks he's good enough, is free to apply for such a role. Seriously: At the moment there are 2 sections - Complaints Violators and Problems & Solutions. Violators is mainly for reporting hackers. Players are NOT needed there. There's nothing 'people with more knowledge than the Tanki Staff' can do there. This section is to post your report, a Consultant to come and guide you if you need more proof/better pic, etc. (if necessary) and then everything is in Mods' hands. They'll come, ban and lock the topic. As I said, players' assistance is absolutely pointless there. However, you're free to offer help in the Problems & Solutions section. Good luck. -
