I think your credit card provider does not allow you to buy directly. As a result u need to call ur credit card company's customer care and tell them to proceed your transaction. Hope this Helps you :)

As for this, there is no need to send mail to help@tankionline.com They cant do anything. But if u were at the top of the match and the fund was more than 3k and u have screenshots. U can send email to them to get ur crystals This is a very comman bug and u should be aware of it :)

Well tanki never made any rule for kicking out player for using supplies. There is a bug in tankionline, Many people get removed from match because of that bug. Today u were the victim of it. :)

Well Ur laptop would just be very laggy and as a result it would have taken a long time to get back and u got removed. If something like this didnt happened, Are u sure u were removed due to inactivity. Try refreshing ur page if u cant join a battle or the battle isnt completely loading.

As of DM there are no points, There are kills. In TDM there are points, Xenophobia Said correctly the distribution of points in TDM. IN DM even if u made 90% damage to a another guy and some 3rd guys kills it, u will get no reward for it.

Well a admin or a mod can only answer that type of question cause we dont know mch knowledge about in things of tankionline. Lets just wait for a mod or admin to see this :)
