I have an inkling it´s gonna be 2k - as we got 2k free for the new years mission. I wouldn´t have issue with that under two conditions - 1. prizes are worth it 2. prizes are guaranteed.

Hmm maybe a new tanki fund type of event? Definitely have the tks ready, but it will depend on the rewards whether I buy it or not, as I already have the 4th slot, and definitely won't waste 1-2k tks on a few UCs. Armadillo, skin containers or some cool augments would be tempting :D.

Basically what they are going for is in the future new players won´t be able to buy new equipment in garage. They´ll have to get it from containers. (personally, I still don´t agree with that decision, just saying how it is). I can imagine when a new turret is released, it will go to the legendery tier containar and then will slowly be reduced in scarcity by putting it into normal containers, but it may never get to the garage as a purchasable item at all.

I am mostly F2P player but don´t have an issue with occasional purchases - but only when positively motivated. I´ve played TO for many years on and off and have enough fully upgraded equipment to be competetive ( i.e. place top 3 ) in most MM battles. Better rewards motivate me to play more and with that I get more interested in the game and more inclined to buy a good offer once in a while. Worse rewards, be it for missions containers etc. do not cause me to buy more stuff ingame, quite an opposite. I play less and may take breaks for days, weeks or even months. That of course means less revenue for TO from my side. Maybe a food for thought for the guys in power, if any them ever manages to see this :) .

As of today, Tesla seems to get practically no benefit from viking´s OD, why is it so? Is it on purpose? I´m not complaing about tesla itself, of course xD, but it´s a pity I basically cannot use it with viking because its like a tank without OD then.

Right, but the ´´issue´´ is you are going to buy only as much, or rather as little as you need. So one of the ways to make more money is to make the resource harder to get, more expensive or make you spend more of it ( via supply guzzling drones for example). This of course has it´s own limits and problems, and I hope the devs are aware of it. I would much rather see TO go in the way of better advertising to gain new playerbase and also bringing effort not to lose the old players. I think TO is an awesome concept in and of itself and I believe it can do well monetarily without resorting to extortionate practices...

Not a bad idea, I don´t think I would really use it though, because selling the useless augs would cause them to appear in the containers again.

I´ll actually have to disagree with you aswell. (I know there´s almost zer0 chance we´ll achieve any extra compensation but we should all realize how misleading this token of apology is). For a simplicity´s sake, let´s say I have an all mk8 acc (as many of us do), there is a total of 2 mk1 items to be collected from conts, and the token was 2conts (2 instead of 23 to make it simpler to understand the issue). 1 item is in the common category and one rare. There´s is no problem with the common category item, as all common rewards are basically useless and happen often, so a free container is enough of a compensation. But with the rare item, the thing is you need to open a lot of conts to get one (let´s say 10) so it cannot be compensated by another free cont (which will have an useless reward most likely. The difference is that normally you open lets say 10conts - you get 1 rare reward (cool!) With this error you open 10conts and you waste your 1 lucky roll on the mk1 item. so infact you just wasted 10conts. This issue wouldn´t be a thing if the mk1´s weren´t tied to a certain rarity - i.e. you can get them all from commons uncommons rares etc. (then 1cont for 1 mk1 compensation is ok) - but they are indeed tied to rarities, which is the core of the problem. If there´s a mathematician who could explain it more ´´scientifically´´ I´d be really thankful, because this apology token in fact isn´t just a problem of feelings (oh i couldnt get a rare item) rather a logically flawed and insufficient compensation for a mistake.

*Only with premium ammo ?. 11. you need to buy slots in your garage if you want to buy more turrets/hull, with ascending prices just like module slots.

6. you need to repair your tank after battle. 7. premium ammo that can be bought for tankoins 8. bank piercing rounds augment - critical hit steals crystals from your opponent. It will be available in limited amount via tankoins auction. couldn´t get more f2p than that xD.

Yeah but the container count should´ve really been boosted, I think I´ll pass.

Don´t buy expensive drones yet, upgrade brutus 20/20 and focus on other equipment first.

Maybe a good compromise would be if the supermission itself was split into three or so. For example: Step 1 - complete 10 gift missions. Reward: 500tks Step2 - complete 15 gift missions. Reward: 600tks Step3 - complete 17 gift missions. Reward: 900tks So in total you would still get the same 2000tks if you manage to do them all, yet won´t be left empty handed if you cannot manage to do so.

I got the slot from the tanki fund recently, this time it was a lovely combo of smoky emp + hornet emp immu + night city, all from the challenge :D. It was a well suited challenge for me, as I didn´t own a single item from it beforehand.

It´s a premium augment for shaft called ´´healing emitters´´. You can get it from ultra containers in the legendary category or occasionally it may be included in the monthly challenges.
