Pro is short for Professional, Which really means someone or something is very good at something and may be better than someone else. Pro doesn't mean you need epic stuff all M3 ect, Marshal rank or anything, Although Rank and Good weapons help you develop good skills to become a pro. The more higher rank the more time you played from which you gained expirence and know the game better (unless of course your a complete doofus)
